Yulia Hume

Hi, my name is Yulia Hume and I’m the proud owner of KidsSewHappy, a Sewing studio conveniently located in Fishhawk Starling Community of Lithia, FL.

I am a Mom of 2 beautiful kids, and an avid sewer. My mantra is "Keep calm and sew on". Sewing is what I do to express myself and to escape. I am absolutely obsessed with fabrics. I have a lot of fabric and it doesn't stop me from buying more!

I learned the basics of sewing from my mom. By the time I was 12, I was creating outfits for my American Girl dolls and making sewing gifts for my friends and family. As I grew, so did my sewing skills, and so did my love for sewing. I now have a degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising.  

I truly have never stopped sewing as long as I can remember myself. I’m sharing my love of sewing with others who want to learn, by teaching sewing classes from the comfort of my own home.  I would enjoy the opportunity to teach your children and share my passion with them.
